Tickets for the Juliana & Evan show at Maxwell's, Hoboken, NJ on January 20, 2011 are now on sale.

Updates on what we should all be calling the "Raking A Big Yard Full Of Leaves" tour with Evan Dando in January:

Tickets for the Philadelphia show with Evan at World Cafe Live (on Jan 24) go on sale from December 15.

The Jan 22 show at Iota Club & Cafe, Arlington, VA is also now confirmed by the venue, which doesn't sell advance tickets.

Support for the tour comes from Lady Lamb the Beekeeper.

'Live at Lime' - a 6 track acoustic EP recorded by Juliana in 2008 for LimeWire is about to disappear from the interwebs.

The LimeWire Store is no longer accepting new customers and will close for good on December 31, 2010.

Hopefully the 'Live at Lime' sessions will be made available to other retailers (or returned to the artists), but as it stands this Juliana recording will no longer be available anywhere.

The project with Evan Dando looks to have legs.

Word of US dates in January appears to be confirmed with the announcement by The Bell House in Brooklyn, NY of a show on January 21, 2011. Tickets are now on sale.

Priced at $20 plus shipping to US, Canada, Europe, Japan & Australia they are available in noir et blanc or couleur.

No sign of the mugs for sale, sadly.

“I walked into a tree before I came onstage,” Hatfield explained before the pair’s sixth song, Teenage Fanclub’s “Cells.” She’d been on the street looking the other way at a homeless person and - bang.

Last night's Juliana & Evan show at Great Scott reviewed at the Boston Herald.

First mentioned last year, Ryan Schmidt's album Black Sheep, Run is finally released today.  It features Juliana's vocals on the track Night The Bells Rang.

Dando: "We never did anything 50/50, like a band, a duo. We helped each other out on our albums. We’ve never written together, but we’re going to try. We should really make up a name up for it, but I guess Juliana & Evan is good enough."

It's becoming clear from the recent run of interviews with Juliana and Evan that there is more to it than just a few low key acoustic shows from the pair.  They have a positive influence on each other and appear to be at the embryonic stages of a new project, if not a fully fledged musical duo for the future.  Yay.
