"(On 'What A Life') It's about a photograph I saw of all these people sitting around, rock 'n' roll people, a kind of debauched after the party thing. I'm not proud of what I wrote about it. I guess it was what I was thinking at the time but, now, I think I was being judgmental and nihilistic in a kind of gross way. I don't feel that way all the time and I really don't like to be so negative. I try to keep it to myself, or at least not be so obvious about it. Who am I to say things like that? They weren't hurting anybody."
